Staying at the hotel offered rooms located on the 75th floor, boasting a very high standard with large and beautiful views over Dubai. While the rooms were ready and comfortable, they tended to feel too hot even with the AC open. The service by the staff members, particularly Dovram and Nadia, was polite and prompt, ensuring a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the location, although providing stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and featuring great pools, was a bit remote, requiring taxis for access to nearby attractions. The dining experience in the Filia restaurant was delightful, with Spanish dishes on offer. Despite some minor drawbacks, the hotel showcased clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff, making it a good value for money.

The hotel has a downtown view from rooms, but temperature control issues and unpleasant smells affected my sleep. The service was inconsistent, with some exceptional staff like Abdourahman and Vishal, but others lacking training. The location offers great views of iconic Dubai structures but poorly designed seating. The dining had good breakfast with kind staff but lacked variety. More positive than negative overall.

The room provided initially had a single bed in the living room, which was a bit unexpected. The maintenance response for fixing the AC was slow, taking more than 20 minutes to address the issue. The hotel has some remarkable features like a unique lobby on the 71st floor, but room temperature control can be tricky, and the multiple elevators to the pool lack privacy. A change in management could enhance this facility.

My stay at the hotel was truly an experience. The rooms were not only very nice with a magnificent view but also extremely clean and had that fantastic, really spacious and luxury feel. However, there was a small hiccup as they should 've been checked and given to me all ready and comfy to use.
